Our doors have been closed to the public for nearly one month, but we've certainly been doing a lot to ensure the legacy of this almost 54 year old business stays a part of the culture of Jackson Hole for many years to come. While closed, we've done a deep clean....a face lift if you will. Inside, we've scraped, painted, sanitized from ceiling to floor. As the weather warms, we will be moving our deep clean outdoors and will assemble and stain our deck furniture, paint the deck, and get the lawn ready.
We've also been brainstorming new cocktails and food offerings, and are considering a change to our business model. In the office, we're working on an online ordering app (Chow Now) and created an platform to support grocery shopping at Calico.
One thing is for certain, all of our staff are looking forward to showing you what we've done during this time....and most certainly cannot wait to see your smiling faces within our walls once again.
